TICKET – FAQs
| Where can concert tickets be purchased? | Tickets can be purchased from a choir member, online through Brown Paper Tickets (BPTs), or at the door (cash only). |
| How can I pay for the tickets purchased online? | BPTs will let you pay using any major credit card or through PayPal. |
| Receiving your tickets once you paid? | You can choose to pick up your tickets at the door (known as ‘will call’) or you can choose to print your tickets at home. BPTs will send you a confirmation email once your payment is made. |
| Do I need to print my tickets and bring them to the concert? | If you selected ‘Print At Home‘ then, yes, print your tickets and bring them to the concert. If you selected ‘Will Call‘, pick up your tickets at the concert venue on the day of the event. |
| What if I forget to bring my tickets to the concert? | Even though Open Voices keeps a record of all online ticket sales, it is best to print and bring your own tickets. |
